Shuchita Tewari is a Senior Research Fellow in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She is currently pursuing the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and holds an MBA. She has over 11 years of professional experience, including 7 years in industry and 4 years in academia. Her research interests include flexible work arrangements, remote work, employee retention, organizational support, and employee well-being.
