Alumni secured jobs through campus placements, with recent cohorts consistently achieving 85–95%+ placement rates.
A majority (76.1%) of alumni achieved their first career progression within the first two years.
Nearly 50% of alumni with 10+ years of experience have reached senior leadership roles (GM/VP and above).
Average CTC after 5 years witnessed a staggering 114% rise and after 10 years it witnessed 305% rise. Our alumni witnessed incrementally higher CTC annual growth with time.
Approximately 5% of alumni are engaged in entrepreneurial ventures, including startups and family businesses, with a net worth of business ranging from lakhs to crores.
Alumni report high life satisfaction (7.68/10) and career satisfaction (7.44/10), with an overall Happiness Index of 6.34.
There is a statistically significant positive relationship between time since graduation and happiness (r = 0.192, p = 0.0009), indicating improving well-being over time.
