Dr. Rahul Singh has joined Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, as Director. Prior to this, he served as Director – Research & International Office and Director – Undergraduate Programs at IILM University, Gurugram. Over an accomplished academic career spanning more than two decades, he has held several leadership positions, including Director at Apeejay School of Management, New Delhi; Dean and Professor at Adani University; Professor and Chair of the Strategy Area at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH); and Lecturer at IMS, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He has also been a Visiting Professor at internationally renowned institutions, including FH Joanneum University (Austria), Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics (Finland), and KEDGE Business School (France).

A distinguished academic and researcher, Prof. Singh has received numerous national and international recognitions. He was honored with the prestigious AICTE–Dr. Pritam Singh National Best Professor Award (2021) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. He is also the recipient of the Best Researcher Award (2017) and Best Teacher Award (2022) from BIMTECH, in addition to several Best Paper and Research Excellence Awards for his scholarly contributions.

Dr Singh’s scholarly work is published in globally reputed journals including Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Brand Management, and International Journal of Emerging Markets. He has served as the Founding Editor-in-Chief of two international journals and has earned global recognition for the impact of his research. His work has attracted significant research funding from prominent organizations such as the European Union, British Council, USAID, and ICSSR, among others.

Beyond academia, Prof. Singh has advised leading public and private sector organizations, including SAIL, NTPC, JSPL, GAIL, and NHPC. His consulting engagements have focused on strategic management, organizational transformation, sustainability, and CSR strategy development.

An active contributor to professional and policy communities, Prof. Singh has served as a Global SIG EdTech Committee Member at TiE Global, Charter Member of TiE Delhi-NCR, and Life Member of the Institute of Directors, India. He currently serves on the IET Future Skills Committee and has held advisory and governance roles across several institutions. His notable appointments include Governor’s Nominee to PDDU University, Rajasthan; Board Member at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi; Chairman of the Board at SS Foundation; and Trustee of the WRD Foundation.

A respected public intellectual, Prof. Singh is frequently invited to share his expertise on national television platforms such as NDTV, Mirror Now, and News24. His insights on education, public policy, economic development, innovation, and sustainability are widely sought after, and he continues to contribute actively to contemporary policy and business discourse through media engagements and thought leadership articles.
