Dr. Shivani Bakshi, presently serving as Assistant Professor in Business & Professional Communication (BPC) at Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida, is a dynamic professional specializing in Business Communication, Career Development, and Management Education. With academic training in Educational Leadership, ESL, Sociology, and Educational Planning, her work bridges communication, employability, AI-enabled pedagogy, and leadership development. She has designed and delivered innovative curricula, mentored over a thousand students for career readiness, and contributes to research in management education, teacher development, educational policy, and technology-enhanced learning. Her research focuses on communication for employability, formative assessment, and AI in higher education.
