Dr. Sneha Pandey is currently working at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. With over 5 years of experience in academia, she belongs to a new generation of management academics who seamlessly combine academic excellence, research innovation, industry relevance, and social impact. Her academic journey reflects a consistent pursuit of excellence and intellectual depth.

She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur (an institute of national importance) and is a distinguished University of Delhi alumnus. She is a NET-qualified marketing faculty and holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce (hons.) degree, an M.Com. and an MBA (Marketing) degree.

Her work in the area of ‘Customer-to-Customer Value Co-creation’ contributed significantly to understanding how consumers collaboratively create experiences and value within service ecosystems. Her scholarly contributions are published in reputed ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals including Consumer Behaviour in Tourism and Hospitality and Qualitative Market Research: An International Journal . Her recent work on tourist-to-tourist value co-creation and customer engagement has contributed to advancing marketing literature in experiential and service contexts. She has also authored a teaching case published by The Case Centre, UK, showcasing her capability to contribute toward practice-oriented management education. Apart from this, she serves as a reviewer for reputed journals such as Journal of Destination Marketing & Management and Brazilian Administration Review.

One of the most remarkable aspects of her academic profile is her growing international research engagement and global collaborations. Her research collaborations and conference presentations across international academic platforms demonstrate her growing global academic visibility. She has presented research at prestigious conferences such as the ATLAS SIG Business Tourism Conference in Valencia, Spain; International Conference on Tourism and Business, Edinburgh, Scotland and also at the Academy of Global Business Research and Practice, USA conferences, organized globally, where she was conferred upon by the Best Research Paper Award.

Over the years, she has developed strong expertise in areas such as consumer behavior, customer engagement, tourism and hospitality marketing, transformative business events, wellness tourism, digital detox tourism, and sustainable experiences. Her research today stands at the intersection of marketing, wellbeing, and sustainability domains that are becoming increasingly relevant in contemporary management scholarship.

Apart from being a strong researcher, Dr. Sneha is deeply committed to teaching excellence and student development. She believes that management education must go beyond content delivery and should focus on transformation, capability building, and career readiness. Throughout her academic career, she has actively mentored students with a strong focus on outcome-based learning and employability enhancement. At her previous work places, she had headed the Professional Development Program department, where she worked extensively on improving the placement preparedness, communication skills, industry orientation, and professional confidence of PGDM students. Her mentoring approach combines academic guidance with personalized career support, helping students align their strengths with industry expectations.
