Prof. Srishty Mehra is an Assistant Professor in the Area of Accounting & Finance at Jaipuria Institute of Management. Her academic journey includes doctoral research in Management (Finance & Accounting) from the Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar. Her teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of accounting and corporate finance, with a particular focus on real earnings management, corporate governance, financial reporting quality, and corporate finance. Her research examines managerial decision-making across different stages of the corporate life cycle and explores how governance, external financing, and macroeconomic uncertainty influence firms’ financial reporting practices. She has published her research in reputed journals, including Finance Research Letters and Journal of Emerging Market Finance, and has presented her work at several national and international conferences.
