Prof. Nitish Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Economics & IB Area at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Professor at Manipal University Jaipur. He is currently awaiting his final PhD defense in Economics at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi. He holds an Integrated MSc in Economics from the Central University of Rajasthan. His research has been published in reputed international journals, including Resources Policy, Research in Economics, Discover Sustainability, and Asian Economics Letters. He has qualified UGC-NET and GATE, and has served as a reviewer for several national and international journals. He is also a member of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).
