Dr. Kashish Sharma is an accomplihed academician and researcher in the field of Accounting and Finance, with a specialization in Corporate Governance, Earnings Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Financial Literacy. He has served as an Assistant Professor at TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University Jaipur, and holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur.

Over the past four years, Dr. Sharma has cultivated a strong academic and research portfolio. His scholarly contributions include several publications in internationally reputed journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC. Notable among his works are studies on the intersection of corporate governance and social responsibility, bibliometric analyses in financial research, and performance dynamics in India’s construction sector. He is highly proficient in statistical and bibliometric tools such as SPSS, EVIEWS, STATA, VOS Viewer, Gephi, and R, enabling his to carry out robust quantitative and literature-based analyses.

Dr. Sharma has presented his research at various national and international conferences, including the Nirma International Conference on Management and the International Conference on Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure & Project Management organized by NICMAR Pune in collaboration with Springer.

He is also actively involved in academic consultancy and research projects. He served as Project Director for an ICSSR-sponsored study evaluating the impact of the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana in Rajasthan and Karnataka and contributed to industry-sponsored research on organic product awareness in India.

His teaching portfolio includes Financial Accounting, Financial Management, and Fixed Income Securities, combining theoretical instruction with practical insights. Dr. Sharma is also an aspiring Chartered Accountant (Final Level) and Company Secretary (Professional Level) candidate, reflecting his deep engagement with India’s regulatory and financial systems.
