Yatendra Singh Kushwah is a seasoned HR leader with over 24 years of rich experience in driving HR transformation, operational excellence, and strategic HR initiatives globally. As the current Head of HR at KGK Group, he leads end-to-end HR operations for a global workforce across 15 countries. His role encompasses recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, employee engagement, MIS, and compliance with local and international regulations. Previously, he was Regional Head HR at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he successfully led policy design, compensation structuring, and employee development initiatives. With significant tenures at Genpact and Shapoorji Pallonji, he has also handled transitions of US-based business processes, set up large-scale hiring projects, and earned client satisfaction awards for excellence. He brings a unique blend of operational expertise and innovative thinking, with proficiency in tools like SAP SuccessFactors, HR One, and contemporary learning platforms. His leadership continues to shape HR as a business partner and culture enabler.
