Ashish Tandon is a seasoned HR professional and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, with over two decades of experience in diverse industries including infrastructure, manufacturing, solar EPC, and fintech. His career spans pivotal HR leadership roles at companies such as HG Infra Engineering Ltd., Join Venture Solutions, Finova Capital, Rays Power Infra, Gravita India, and Eureka Forbes. Known for his cognitive approach and planned execution, he has successfully led HR transformations, digitization initiatives, and talent strategies aligned with business objectives. He is currently the Chief Business Officer at Mabicons Technosoft Pvt. Ltd.
