12th Annual Convocation Ceremony at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore feels immensely proud in hosting its 12th Annual Convocation Ceremony on 22nd June 2024, at the Institute. The convocation ceremony will be graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Ms. Neetu Kashiramka, MD, VIP Industries.

The 12th Annual Convocation ceremony will commence at 10:00 AM with the academic procession reaching the auditorium. The procession will be led by Chief Guest Ms. Neetu Kashiramka, and, Shri. Sharad Jaipuria, Chairman, Board of Governors, Shri. Shreevats Jaipuria, the Vice Chairman, Board of Governors, Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, followed by faculty members and the graduating students of PGDM Batch 2022-24.

The ceremony will begin with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and praying to Goddess Saraswati. The ceremony will then witness the invocation and declaration of the convocation being opened by Shri. Sharad Jaipuria, Chairman, Board of Governors, Jaipuria Group.

Further, Shri. Sharad Jaipuria Ji shall deliver the welcome address on behalf of the Jaipuria Group to all the eminent guests present on the occasion. The speech shall be followed by the presentation of the Annual Report for the academic year 2023-24 by Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti, Director – Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore. The report shall share the events of the past academic year highlighting the new benchmarks achieved, national and international accreditation initiatives, new practices introduced for achieving excellence in the areas of academics, industry interface, student development and research, and enhancement of the existing infrastructure capacity of the institute. The ceremony will progress with the conferring of the diplomas to 171 graduating students and awarding meritorious students with the Chairman’s Gold, Vice-Chairman’s Silver, and Director’s Bronze medals.

The award ceremony will also include the felicitation of the Jaipuria Indore alumnus with the ‘Distinguished Alumni Award 2023-24’. The award shall be conferred to Mr Piyush Kumar, PGDM Batch of 2012-14, who has constantly progressed in life and has also supported the alma mater in developing and achieving a positive and futuristic vision.

The vote of thanks will be delivered by Vice Chairman, Shri. Shreevats Jaipuria ji. After the vote of thanks, the ceremony draws to a close with Shri Sharad Jaipuria Ji, declaring the closing of the convocation ceremony followed by the national anthem. A gala lunch for all dignitaries, members of faculty and staff, graduating students, families of the graduating students will be the culmination of the grand event.
