Jaipuria’s 12th Annual Faculty Development Program on the Future of Management Education

The 12th Annual Faculty Development Program on the “Future of Management Education” is scheduled to take place on May 10-11, 2024, at Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. Hosted by Jaipuria Institute of Management, the program aims to delve into the evolving landscape of management education and equip faculty members with insights and strategies to navigate the future effectively.

Day 1 | 10th May | Friday

Day 1 on 10th May 2024, Friday will be kicked off with an Inaugural Address by the Vice Chairman, Mr Shreevats Jaipuria, which will be followed by engaging sessions presenting various aspects of the Future of Management, including sessions on AI Technology, understanding the student mindset. The day also includes an Industry Panel Discussion, moderated by Dr Subhajyoti Ray, Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. The day will also include Strategic Plan Exercises.

Day 2 | 11th May | Saturday

Day 2 continues with insightful sessions focusing on AI in Teaching/Pedagogy and AI in Assessment and Feedback. Additionally, there will be a session by Dr. Shiva Kakkar, Faculty Member, XLRI, Jamshedpur.

The program culminates with a Valedictory Session featuring esteemed speakers, including Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, NETF, NBA. The event will also witness the distribution of the Pan Jaipuria Faculty Awards.

The 12th Annual Faculty Development Program promises to be an enriching experience for all participants, fostering dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
