Since its inception in 2006, IIC is an annual Interdependence-Integration-Co-creation conference organized by the Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow. The 17th IIC, in 2023, is themed around the challenge of nesting D&I in organizations as well as in doing business, with a futuristic agenda. IIC 2023 will be an opportunity to share innovations, build community, and collaborate to make progress towards a more diversity enriched and inclusive future in the context of organizations, business and communities.
