Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. Students currently in their final year of graduation, set to complete their degree by June 30, 2025, are also eligible to apply. For such candidates, admission will be provisional, and it is mandatory to submit proof of graduation completion by October 1, 2025, to ensure continuity in the program. Failure to provide this documentation may result in withdrawal from the program.
To start with, you need to fill out the common application form indicating your preferred campus and programme. The application process to pursue an MBA in any of our campuses comprises of three phases. You are required to complete all the 3 phases of the application to qualify for the selection process.

You are required to make a non refundable payment of INR 1000 towards the application fees online. On successful payment, you will be redirected to phase 3 of the application wherein you need to submit all relevant credentials required to complete your application.

Interviews for the MBA/PGDM program at Jaipuria Institute of Management are conducted by invitation only. During these interviews, we will evaluate your profile and assess your suitability for the program through case analysis and personal interviews.
The objective is to identify and assess interpersonal skills in addition to overall knowledge. Due weightage is given to past academic achievements and work experience respectively, as per the set parameters.

Your selection will be based on your overall performance. The admission is offered to candidates who demonstrate significant potential for success both, during the Jaipuria PGDM programme and post PGDM.
The admissions decision/offer letter will be issued within two weeks, including decisions on any financial assistance/scholarship. You have to submit the required documents along with the first-trimester fee to confirm your admission.

Infact the PGDM programme fee at Jaipuria is an excellent and affordable investment for your future. On average, graduates earn more than their investment in an MBA during the first year of employment post-successful completion of their MBA. Most candidates fund their studies with a mix of personal funds, loans, and scholarships.
The MBA equivalent PGDM programme fee includes tuition fees and other related costs. Essential courseware will be provided from the well-stocked book bank of the campus library for the duration of the course on a returnable basis. The fee is payable in 6 installments across the period of the course. The hostel fee is payable annually along with the first and fourth installment of the PGDM programme fee.

Note: A refundable security deposit of Rs 15,000/- needs to be paid along with the first installment of the tuition fees.

REFUND POLICY
The Institute follows the refund policy prescribed by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) in accordance with its Public Notice Advt. No. AICTE/Legal/04(01)/2007 for MBA equivalent PGDM courses regarding withdrawal or cancellation of admission.
At Jaipuria Institute of Management, we value exceptional talent and strive to eliminate financial barriers for our prospective students. Through our scholarship program*, we offer a limited number of scholarships on a first-come, first-serve basis, upon submission of the first instalment of fees. The scholarship amount is distributed equally over two academic years. To be eligible for the second-year scholarship, students must maintain the required CGPA at the end of the first year. Additionally, we provide a sibling scholarship of Rs 1 lakh, spanning two years. Overall, Jaipuria offers scholarships totaling over 6 crores, rewarding deserving students based on various criteria. The IDFC First Bank MBA scholarship is a need-based scholarship that provides ₹2,00,000 for two years of full-time MBA education. It is specifically designed for students who have secured admissions in B-schools based on their own merit and come from families with an annual income of less than 6 lakhs. This scholarship aims to make quality postgraduate education in business studies accessible to deserving students facing financial constraints. Last year, over 10% of Jaipuria Institute of Management students were awarded the prestigious IDFC First Scholarship, enabling them to pursue world-class management education.
