Prof. Srishti Pandey is an academic professional and researcher in the field of Operations Management and Decision Sciences, currently working as Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. She is pursuing her PhD from Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (Thesis submitted), and has done her M.Tech from IIRS-ISRO (Dehradun) and B.Tech (Civil) from Nirma University.

Her research revolves around performance management of sustainable and resilient supply chains, construction management, supply chain management and project improvement. She works with advanced decision modelling techniques, optimization, and structural equation modelling. Her teaching inclination is towards Operations Management, Supply Chain Resilience, Supply chain management and business research methods.
