Dr. Shrajal Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Operations and Decision Sciences area at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. Prior to joining Jaipuria, he served as an Assistant Professor at Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Delhi, and LEAD College of Management, Kerala. He was a Teaching Assistant at NIT Kurukshetra. His teaching interests include Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Services Operations Management, Data Mining with R, and Applied Business Intelligence. His research focuses on sustainable manufacturing, job shop scheduling, preventive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making. He has published research in leading international journals, including ABDC A and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Gupta has conducted executive development programmes and AI workshops for organisations such as IOCL, BHEL, PMBI, Canara Bank, and TRB Group. He is a recipient of the Best Teacher Award and Best Researcher Award, and is a Gold Medalist in the master’s programme.
