Dr. Prashant Gupta, a graduate engineer from NIT, Jaipur. M.B.A from F.M.S., Delhi and Ph. D. from M D S University in the area of Strategic Management. He has rich corporate and academic experience of about 44 years. He was initially associated with Bharat Electronics Ltd., Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) for about 30 years in various positions.

In the academic field, he worked with Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Amity Global Business School, Ahmedabad. He was also a Convener and Professor in the area of Operations Management with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi. His areas of specialization are Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Management.

He is also the recipient of the 'Best Professor in Operations Management' in Asia’s Best B-School Awards by CMO, Asia for the year 2011.

He has been associated with Consultancy / Management Development Programs for organizations like Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Indian Aluminium Company, IPCL Limited, Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited, etc.

Currently associated as Professor in the area of Operations Management & Strategy with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is India's amongst best colleges for PGDM-MBA in Jaipur, Rajasthan
