D. from M D S University in the area of Strategic Management. He has rich corporate and academic experience of about 44 years. He was initially associated with Bharat Electronics Ltd., Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) for about 30 years in various positions.

In the academic field, he worked with Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Amity Global Business School, Ahmedabad. He was also a Convener and Professor in the area of Operations Management with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi.
