Biography

A professional with 13+ years of Industry Experience & Academic. The role is accountable for providing strategic and operational support to the assigned business units / functions within Campus. The role significantly contributes to the success of the MBA candidates preparing for placement by providing support for preparation and facilitation in terms of opportunities. Proven expertise in undertaking sessions on Individual SWOT Analysis, Time Management, Goal-Setting and Aptitude Test along with counselling the candidates on their career aspirations and progression along with managing the talent. I also work closely with the Academic team by connecting them with the senior leadership team in the industry thereby facilitating the development of a more robust syllabus and curriculum which is in sync with the current demands and trends in the industry. Currently facilitating the development of the course structure for Business Analytics by connecting the academic team with the industry personnel.
