She has been a team member of Accreditations Committee, organized several Developmental Programmes on the topic Motivation, Team building etc. She has over 21 years of work experience including both in corporate and education sector, she holds Post Graduate Diploma in HR and Masters in Public Administration. she has presented research papers in International Conferences and has published papers in Journals.
