Dr. Ansita Aggarwal is currently the Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. She is also the chairperson of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell (IEC) at Jaipuria, Jaipur. She has completed her FPM in Entrepreneurship from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). Prior to working at Jaipuria, she was working as the Assistant Professor at Institute of Management, Nirma University. Dr. Aggarwal has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, with research interests that include New Venture Creation, MSMEs, Finance, Women Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Education. Her practical experience includes coordinating biennial conferences and contributing to various government-sponsored research projects at EDII, where she played a key role in data analysis and organization.
