Dr. Anbesh Jamwal is working as an Assistant Professor in Operations and Decision Sciences at Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur Campus. With a PhD in Sustainable Operations from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (An Institute of National Importance) Jaipur in Manufacturing Sustainability, Dr. Jamwal research is focused on Digital transformation, Manufacturing technology management, Supply chain, Optimization and Decision making. He also holds an M.Tech in Industrial and Production Engineering and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Jamwal has made significant contributions to both research and teaching. He is certified Six Sigma Green belt by BSI India. Dr. Jamwal serves as Co-Controller Examination at Jaipuria Institute of Management. His teaching interests include: Logistics Management, Statistics for Management, Digital Transformation and Project Management.
Dr. Jamwal has published in reputed International journals like Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Enterprise and Information Management, Business Strategy and Environment, Operations Management Research, Benchmarking, International Journal of Lean Six Sigma, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. He has also presented his papers at numerous reputed conferences like IEOM and CIRP etc. He has also been associated with organizing major events in Jaipuria like International Youth Conference, National Sports Meet etc. In addition, he has edited books with reputed National and International Publishers.
Dr. Jamwal’s academic excellence has been recognized at PAN Jaipuria FDPs. He has received Best Faculty Award for Course Feedback (PAN-Jaipuria) and Institute level for excellence in Student Feedback in 2026. He has mentored students for placements in leading Operations companies. Dr. Jamwal’s research interests lie in manufacturing sustainability, decision-making, digitalization, process planning & scheduling. He is the reviewer of more than 50 journals.
