Dr. Niketa Jain is an Assistant Professor in Business Analytics at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from MNIT Jaipur and a Master’s Certification in Data Science from IIT Guwahati. With over eight years of experience across academia, research, and industry, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to data science and artificial intelligence.
Her teaching and research interests lie in predictive modeling, AI applications in business optimization, and machine learning for decision-making. She has published and presented her work in Scopus-indexed journals and international conferences. At Jaipuria, she teaches courses such as Generative AI for Managers and Business Intelligence and Decision Making, integrating tools like ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI, and Python libraries (Scikit-learn, NLTK) to emphasize practical applications including AI-assisted decision-making, customer insights, and data storytelling.
Previously, Dr. Jain served as a Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad, contributing to AI-driven strategic modeling and decision-making projects. She has also worked with Houdy Enterprises LLC (USA) and Cummins India, applying data analytics to improve operational efficiency and product development.
She is actively engaged in academic collaborations in AI and data science, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and impactful research.
