Dr. Himanshu is an academician with nearly two decades of experience in teaching, training, and consulting. He is a proud alumnus of Banaras Hindu University and holds a doctorate from the University of Lucknow. His teaching interests include Marketing, Brand Management, Retail, and Rural Marketing.
His strength as an educator lies in simplifying complex concepts through analogies, real-life examples, and keen observation of the business environment. He strongly believes that effective learning happens when theory is meaningfully connected with everyday experiences. He actively writes and discusses business cases, encouraging critical thinking and application-based learning in the classroom.
Beyond academics, he regularly conducts training programs for employees of reputed organizations, particularly in the banking sector and leading oil companies such as IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL. He is also actively involved in consultancy assignments, which help him stay aligned with industry realities.
Outside work, he is a sports enthusiast with a passion for cricket and badminton and enjoys writing Hindi poetry—reflecting his creative side.
Overall, he brings together a critical eye and a creative mind in everything I do.
