Dr. Manisha Seth is a dedicated academician, trainer, and researcher with over 20 years of experience in industry and academics. Presently she is associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow as a full-time faculty in the Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour.

She has been imparting corporate training in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, team building, soft skills, ethics & change management in NABARD, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (Bird), Power Grid, Airport Authority of India and Rural Electrification Corporation, SIDBI, PNBIIT, CISF, India Post and Kriti Prakashan, etc.

She has vast experience in research and has published and presented many quality research papers in reputed national & international journals and conferences. Her research areas include Talent Management, HR Practices, Ethics and Corporate Governance, Technostress, Competency Mapping, and Soft Skills.

Her teaching areas are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Change and Development, Competency Mapping and Assessment Centres, and Performance Management System.
