The 8th Advanced Leadership Development Programme (ALDP 2026) is a focused leadership experience for women who are already contributing and influencing and are ready to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and presence.
Built around the theme “Power, Purpose & Presence,” the programme helps participants strengthen inner authority, align leadership actions with purpose, anddemonstrate confident e xecutive presence across roles and organisations.
The learning is practical, reflective, and grounded in real workplace realities, particularly within corporate and public sector environments.
