The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM – Service Management) prepares you with theories and practices of various functional areas of service management. It enables you to take any role in consulting, analytics, and other service domains.

The curriculum of PGDM (Service Management) offers the flexibility of pursuing a dual specialisation in the sector of your choice. You get to choose from 15 electives and specialise in the industry. Dual specialisation in any other functional area of management by choosing any electives of your choice, such as Marketing, HR, Information systems, Finance Services, Consulting, Banking, Operations, and Retail Management.

Jaipuria’s curriculum of the MBA Equivalent PGDM programme in Service Management is dynamic and enhanced through research, with a constant focus on updating knowledge. Comprising a comprehensive set of courses, along with the option for dual specialization in the second year, this program effectively stimulates and readies learners for the long-term journey.
