Dr. Vartika Varyani is an accomplished researcher and academic specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with a keen focus on employee mental health and workplace dynamics. She holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and has extensive experience in both research and teaching. In her role as an Assistant Professor, she has contributed significantly to the academic community through her research on online counseling and posttraumatic growth.
Dr. Varyani has presented her work at prestigious international conferences, including BAM and ANZAM. With expertise in research methodologies and psychometric analysis, she actively mentors students and contributes to academic discourse.
