Dr. Virendra Pratap Singh

Dr Singh is currently Advisor & Distinguished Professor with two Indian private universities (Dr KN Modi University & Kaziranga University). Earlier, Dr Singh has been with Patanjali Team as its Advisor Organization Development during 2016-17 Dr Singh teaches, coaches and mentors students periodically at Indian Institutes of Management, Raipur, Ranchi & Jammu. He also coaches students of Master’s Program on OD & Change at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. During 2002-2015, Dr Singh led human resources team at RJ Corp, world’s second largest Pepsi Bottler and owners of 600 plus Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa Coffee in three countries. Dr Singh was also associated with Escorts Group (1993-2000) Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant and Hindustan Copper Limited (1982- 1993). In his earlier assignments, he has been a researcher, teacher and trainer in VM National Institute of Cooperative Management & University of Pune (1974-77), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1978-1979) and All India Management Association (1979-1982). A post graduate from University of Calcutta with specialization in Business Laws, he has post graduate qualifications in Personnel Management from Punjabi University. He earned his Ph. D. from University of Pune, on organization effectiveness (1977). He has been a Study Fellow, Department of Management Studies, University of Leeds (1985). Dr Singh is an Executive & Life Coach, International Coach Federation, USA & Member, Mentor Pool, EverWise, USA.
