Dr. Tina is faculty- Marketing and Chairperson - Executive Education & Consultancy at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. She teaches Retail Management, Consumer Behavior and CRM courses. She has done Executive Education in Digital and Social Media Marketing Strategy from IIM, Calcutta. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach from NLP Academy accredited by the American Board of NLP. She started her career as a banker with ICICI Bank and has several years of banking experience with ICICI and Citi Group.
Prior to joining Jaipuria Institute she has also worked with Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur as Assistant Professor – Marketing and Head – Admissions. She has conducted training sessions for AU Small Finance Bank, IOCL, BPCL, Aavas Financiers, Wonder Home Finance, Canara Bank etc. She has also conducted training for international participants from more than 50 countries. Dr Tina has also published her research in reputed journals. Recently, she has conducted sessions on “Marketing” for the students at NSBM Green University, Sri Lanka.
