Dr. Suri is a scholar - practitioner with nearly 27 years in media, technology, and higher education. He earned a PhD in Economics from CCS University and is pursuing a PhD in Strategy at IIM Nagpur, where his research examines how AI reshapes media through ethical, regulatory, and strategic lenses. His multidisciplinary training - including an MBA, MA (Economics), and M.Com (Finance & Accounting) - underpins his work on growth strategy and digital transformation. Professionally he has led initiatives in digital growth, partnerships, and monetization with organizations such as Naspers, Ibibo/Goibibo, and The Times of India. He currently divides his time between teaching, research, and thought leadership on AI governance and strategy. (Recent roles also include law-and-tech advisory leadership, reflecting his interest in AI policy and compliance.)
