Dr. Shubha Johri, presently Associate Professor in the area of Marketing at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur is also handling additional responsibilities as Marketing Area Chair and Chair for International Relations. She has done PGDBM (Marketing), MA Economics and Ph.D. She has 23 years of experience from industry and academia. She has worked with reputed organizations like Lupin Labs, Eros International and ICFAI and possesses strong flair for teaching and corporate training. Her area of research is consumer behavior and CRM. She has published and presented papers in the field of consumer buying behavior, retail shoppers buying behavior, rural consumer buying behavior in reputed national and international journals and conferences. Her current area of research is green consumer behavior and sustainable marketing. She has conducted MDPs /Capacity Building Programs for Banking and Retail sector firms in the area of Sales & CRM.
