Dr. Rajesh is working as Associate Professor & Area Chair (Finance & Accounting) and Controller of Examination (COE) with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur

He holds Doctorate (PhD) in Management from IIM Indore. Besides, he is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI) and a certified Independent Director & empaneled with Ministry of Corporate Affair's (MCA) ID databank.

During his 22 years of experience, he has co-led several research projects funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Govt. of India, University College London, UNICEF and Tata Trust and published 55+ research papers indexed in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science (WOS) etc. He has presented research papers in international health economics conferences (London, UK; Milan, Italy) and at leading national forums, including IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore and is a recipient of 3 Best Research Paper Presentation awards. Besides, he has also served as teaching faculty at Ranchi University, the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI), IIHMR University and Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Jaipur.
