Dr. Radhika Bansal is an Associate Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, with over twenty-two years of distinguished experience in communication, pedagogy, and professional training. Recognized for her ability to seamlessly bridge academic rigor with applied industry relevance, she has redefined the way communication is understood and practiced in management education. Her teaching repertoire spans Critical Reading and Writing, Public Speaking and Persuasion, French Language, Positive Psychology and Happiness, and Data Storytelling, all designed to cultivate confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent professionals.
At the heart of her work lies a deep command of organizational and interpersonal communication, spoken communication, body language, and the psychology of influence. She integrates insights from positive psychology and behavioral science into her modules, ensuring that learners don’t just master techniques but also develop presence, empathy, and self-awareness.
