Dr. Pragya Gupta is currently working as an Associate Professor (HR & OB Area) at Jaipuria Institute of Management at Noida. She has around 14 years of teaching experience. She also has close to 14 years of prior experience in working with Corporate HR of reputed multinational companies in Delhi-NCR like SAP Labs, NEC HCL ST, Headstrong, Keane India. She has completed her doctorate from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU, in the area of workplace spirituality. Her research interests include topics such as workplace spirituality, employee well-being, GHRM, employability skills, customer incivility, and similar areas. She is accredited with close to 35 papers and articles in journals of national and international repute such as International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Journal of Hospitality Marketing Management, Tourism Recreation Research, Journal of Knowledge Management, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, etc. to name a few.
