Dr. Pragya Gupta is an Associate Professor of Management at Jaipuria Institute of Management at Noida in the HR & OB area. She also has close to 14 years of experience working with Corporate HR of reputed multinational companies in Delhi-NCR. She has a doctorate in the area of workplace spirituality, organizational politics and employee wellbeing. Her areas of research interest include workplace spirituality, employee well-being, AI-HRM, and sustainability. She is credited with several research articles in journals of national and international repute, including ABDC-indexed A & A* journals and Scopus Q1/Q2 journals, as well as national and international conference proceedings.
