Pallavi Srivastava is a Professor (HR&OB) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, India. She is presently Dean (International Relations) overseeing international collaborations for the four Jaipuria campuses at Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore. She is a Fellow of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, a premiere business school of India, having earned her doctorate in employer branding. She is a postgraduate in management with work experience of more than twenty years in management teaching, research, and industry.

With an intellectual curiosity and a strong foundation to carry out independent quality research, she has written more than 40 research papers in various national and international peer-reviewed journals and conferences of repute (more than 1100 citations in Google Scholar with an h-index of 13 & i10-index of 16). She has been presenting her work at prestigious conferences including the Academy of Management, Boston, USA; XXI ItAIS, Piacenza, Italy; ANZAM, Cairns, Australia; International Joint Conference on Hospitality and Tourism 2024 at Na Trang City, Vietnam and the INDAM and Pan IIM Conferences in India. She is skilled in writing teaching cases and so far, has published six teaching cases in national & international journals. She has also been a case mentor at the International Case Conference organized by Sunway University, Malaysia. She is currently guiding two Doctoral scholars and has co-guided three Doctoral scholars who have been awarded PhDs. She is also a recipient of the award for ‘Best Faculty for Maximum Research Points’ in 2019 by her institute.

Pallavi is a certified trainer in DiSC Profiling by Wiley, having trained government officers, bankers, corporate executives, and academicians from organizations like CISF, Indian Revenue Services, Customs & Excise, Prasar Bharti, GSI, NABARD, SIDBI, India Post, UPMRC, LIC, IOCL, BPCL, etc. in various development programs. Her corporate training interests include change management and organizational transformation, training the trainer, interpersonal effectiveness, team building, leadership, employee engagement, and understanding self. Her consulting interests lie in employer branding, employee engagement, and training & development.

A soft-spoken person with an affable demeanour, she loves to explore new places and try out new recipes in her leisure time.
