Dr. Kashish Sharma is a dedicated academician and researcher in Accounting and Finance, specializing in Corporate Governance, Earnings Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Financial Literacy. He has previously served an Assistant Professor at TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University Jaipur, and holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur.
Over the past four years, Dr. Sharma has developed a strong research and teaching portfolio. His scholarly contributions include publications in reputed Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, with research spanning the interlinkages between corporate governance and social responsibility, bibliometric analyses in finance, and performance studies in India’s construction sector. He is proficient in advanced statistical and bibliometric tools such as SPSS, STATA, EVIEWS, VOSviewer, Gephi, and R, enabling him to conduct rigorous empirical and literature-based studies.
Dr. Sharma has actively presented his work at several national and international conferences, including the Nirma International Conference on Management and the International Conference on Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure & Project Management, organized by NICMAR Pune in collaboration with Springer. He has also contributed to consultancy and funded projects, notably as Project Director of an ICSSR-sponsored study on the impact of the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana in Rajasthan and Karnataka, and in industry-sponsored research on consumer awareness of organic products.
As an educator, Dr. Sharma combines academic depth with practical orientation in teaching courses such as Financial Accounting, Financial Management, and Fixed Income Securities. He is also pursuing professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (Final Level) and Company Secretary (Professional Level), underscoring his commitment to India’s financial and regulatory landscape.
