Shapez Enterprises is working  to solve the problems faced by traditional farming methods and to impact the manner in which food is produced & consumed, promoting nutrition through cutting-edge social franchising ownership models in aeroponics/hydroponics.The project aims to empower low-income groups to grow their own nutritious food promoting self-sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Professor of Entrepreneurship (Former) - Institute of Management, Commerce & Economics- Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow-Deva Road, Uttar Pradesh. Overseeing syllabus development, pedagogy and evaluation of courses in Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the graduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs. Over a decade in imparting education, conducting research and guiding doctoral thesis in the area. Published research papers and case studies in leading journals such as South  Asian Journal of Management and book chapters in Springer Nature, Singapore etc.

Chairperson Academic Collaboration, Industrial Interaction and Entrepreneurship - SRMU- collated MoU(s) and programs  with various international and industry partners. Developed and executed modules in Entrepreneurship.
