Dr. Jeeta Sarkar is an Assistant Professor (Human resources and Organizational Behaviour) in Jaipuria Institute of Management, NOIDA, India. She has more than eight years of experience in both academics and corporate HR including five years as Visiting Faculty Member in HR& OB at XIMB, Bhubaneswar and IMS Unison University, Dehradun, India. She specializes in the areas of Positive Psychology, Total Rewards and Retention. Her research interest lies in areas such as Leadership; DEI, Attitude and Productivity; Joy at Work ; Workplace Persuasion; Employee Retention and Leadership Challenges; Abusive Supervision; Performance in Multi-tasking Environment; Stress and Coping; Meaningful Engagement and she has published several papers in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Executive Compensation, Employee Turnover and Retention, Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Reflexivity in tiered national and international journals. Her teaching interests are in the areas of Leadership, Team Dynamics, DEI, Rewards and Recognition, and Positive Psychology. She has completed her Ph.D (HR & OB) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, XIM University, India on the topic “Total Rewards Satisfaction and Retention: A study on IT organizations in India”.
