Dr. Ghanshyam Pandey is an esteemed academic and researcher, currently serving as Associate Professor of General Management at Jaipuria Institute of Management. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Economics at SRM University AP, Guntur. He earned his Ph.D. from Punjabi University, Patiala and holds degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Dr. Pandey specializes in agricultural economics, rural development, and livelihoods, with notable contributions to the study of climate change and health economics. His expertise includes roles as a Post Doctorate Research Associate at the ICAR National Institute of Agricultural Economics and Policy Research, Senior Researcher at Institute of Economic Growth, New Delhi and Research Fellow at the Delhi School of Economics. He has led major projects funded by ICSSR and NABARD and has published extensively.
Best Researcher awarded for social sciences (2024) by SRM University AP, Gold Medal for best paper presentation by SRM University AP 2020, Best paper publication in Agricultural Economics Research Review, 2019. Editorial Board Member of SN Business and Economics (Springer nature) and Nurture.
