Business Communication

Dr. Daneshwar Sharma is Dean (Academic) and Professor of Business Communication at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. With over 18 years of academic and professional experience, he has served in leadership roles such as Dean (Student Affairs) and Area Chair for Business Communication.

He has also taught internationally as Assistant Professor at Fiji National University, where he trained pre-service and in-service teachers and supervised postgraduate research scholars. Dr. Sharma is Associate Editor of Business and Professional Communication Quarterly (Routledge–SAGE) and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Poetry Therapy (Taylor & Francis–SAGE).

His research contributions include numerous publications in SCOPUS and ABDC-listed journals, focusing on marketing communication, social media, poetry therapy, and business communication. In addition to academia, he has conducted over 50 Management Development Programs for banks and senior business leaders, and promotes thought leadership through his YouTube platform JaipuriaTalks.
