Dr. Aparna Mendiratta is a faculty member in the OB-HR area with expertise in employee well-being, leadership, and workplace culture. She has over a decade of experience in academia and has taught and designed courses in Learning and Development, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. Passionate about integrating theory with practice, she engages students through experiential activities and case-based learning.

Her research primarily focuses on happiness at work, spiritual and inclusive leadership, workplace bullying, employee engagement, and gendered experiences in organizations. She has published in reputed international journals such as Employee Relations, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Journal of Knowledge Management, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change. Her scholarly work spans themes of organizational citizenship behavior, resilience, flexible work practices, and the evolving dynamics of employee well-being in the digital era.

Dr. Mendiratta also serves as Chairperson of the International Relations Committee. In this role, she has successfully led collaborations with global universities, designed and executed immersion programs, and facilitated student and faculty exchanges that enrich cross-cultural learning. She has represented the institute in international academic forums – India UK Business Dialogue 2025 and delivered guest sessions on sustainability and HR practices abroad namely Universiti Tecknologi, Petronas Malaysia.

With her blend of teaching, research, and global engagement, she contributes to shaping future-ready management professionals.
