Dr. Anuja has over 14+ years of experience in teaching, research, and training. She is a United Nations Speaker on Responsible AI in Education and recipient of multiple Best Paper awards. She specializes in leveraging AI tools and machine learning for impactful teaching and research. She is well versed with Python, R studio, SPSS, SmartPLS.

She has designed and delivered content and online sessions for various edTech platforms such as upGrad, Emeritus, Great Learning, Big Academy and SSBM. Dr. Anuja has trained over 85+ teachers and 5000+ students on AI applications, Python, and data science. She has conducted several MDP's for government bodies such as HPCL. She is actively engaged with CENJOWS in documenting Defense reforms.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management, along with qualifications in M.Phil, MBA, M.A. (Economics), UGC-NET, and B.Sc. (Statistics). Her statistical expertise, combined with her strong management background, uniquely positions her to deliver impactful training on data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and AI applications for business leaders.

She has over 24 research publications, 1 book, and 2 book chapters to her credit. Her research work has been published in top-tier journals such as: International Journal of Information Management (A)* , Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (A), Psychology and Marketing (A), Journal of Innovation & Knowledge (A), VISION (C) and FIIB (ABS 1).

She has also received Best Research Paper Awards at prestigious institutions such as FMS, Symbiosis, and Amity. In her capacity as a Faculty and Trainer, Dr. Anuja has trained top-level managers and executives from international universities, including: University of Massachusetts, Deakin University (Australia), Liverpool John Moores University (UK).
