Dr. Ankit Singh is an Associate Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He holds a Ph.D. from Sikkim Manipal University, where his research focused on “Development of a Framework for Managing Home Health Care in India.” He also holds dual MBA degrees—one in Finance from SMU-DE and another in Hospital Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (IMS-DAVV).
Dr. Singh is UGC-NET qualified in Management and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting his expertise in quality management and operational excellence. With a robust academic and research background, Dr. Singh has authored 49 publications in Scopus-indexed journals. His key areas of expertise include service operations and management, talent management, employee engagement, and productivity improvement.
He is a lifetime member of the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO) and a founding member of the Association of Healthcare Marketing Professionals (AHMP), actively contributing to thought leadership in healthcare quality and marketing.
