Dr. Aditi Dang

Dr. Aditi Dang is an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She earned her Ph.D. in Services Marketing from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. Her research interests span value chain analysis, customer engagement and experience, and employee engagement and experience.

With over nine years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Dang has published in reputed journals such as the Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research (A) and The International Journal of Management Education (C, Q1), along with book chapters in Springer Proceedings (Q1). She has also presented her work at prominent national and international conferences.

Dr. Dang has been associated with leading management institutions including Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School, Pune; Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai; and Woxsen University, Hyderabad. She is a recipient of Faculty Excellence Awards for her contributions to teaching and mentoring.

She has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs for students and faculty on research tools and techniques such as Advanced Excel, SPSS, and Meta-Analysis. Additionally, she has conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) for organizations, including programs for HPCL dealers, among others.
