Dr. Abdul Qadir is an accomplished academician, trainer, and consultant with over 23 years of experience in HRM & Organizational Behaviour. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, specializing in Strategic HRM, HRIS, Comp. & Ben., HR Analytics, and Psychometrics. He is an MBA (HR) with UGC (NET) certified and holds Ph.D. in HRIS from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, India. He has excelled in various HR roles across Manufacturing, Retail, and ITES/BPO industries, including international assignments in Bahrain & Dubai. Dr. Qadir's expertise extends to organizing and conducting MDPs and Executive Education programs for reputed organizations like ITEC (MEA, GoI & Bhutan), NILRED - Niti Aayog (GoI), NTPC, IOCL, NHPC, AAI (Aviation Academy), SMCIL, NDDB, TCIL, IFFCO, CIL, KRIBHCO, TCL, and NFL. He has also undertaken consultancy assignment for organization for Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL), under the Ministry of Science & Technology, GoI. He also has a patent grant titled Workforce Supervision and Management Device, registered under Intellectual Property, The Patent Office, GoI. Dr. Qadir's scholarly contributions include research papers and cases published in globally renowned SCI, ABDC list of journals. He has been recognized with prestigious awards such as BIMTECH-Stough Young Scholars Award, 2015, 2016, the "Global Faculty Award – 2020" for his exceptional contributions to management education and the “Best Faculty Award - 2023 for the Most Impactful Story” by Jaipuria Institute of Management. Beyond his professional domain, Dr. Qadir is a poet of Urdu and a passionate cricket enthusiast.
