On March 27, Prof. Pallavi Srivastava, Dean (International Relations) organized a workshop on “Mastering Erasmus+ Proposal Development: From Project Concept To Winning Proposal” at Lucknow campus. The resource person for the same was Dr. Himanshi Tiwari, Associate Professor at BIMTECH, Noida. Dr. Tiwari has an expertise and experience in Erasmus+ projects. During the workshop, participants explored various features of the Erasmus Plus programme, including its funding streams and priorities, and learned how to navigate the consortium mandates, content & criteria requirements and procedure for proposal submission on EU portal.

On Friday, 21st March 2025, Ms. Deanne Gath, Market Sector Manager at Ara Institute of Canterbury, New Zealand visited Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, to discuss the proposed Inbound Immersion Programme for January 2026. The two-week programme, excluding travel time, aims to offer a blend of academic learning, industry exposure, and cultural experiences. Key elements include sessions on Indian business practices, trade laws, logistics, and AI, along with industry visits and guest lectures. Cultural immersion through heritage tours, traditional performances, and community engagement activities was also proposed. Ara Institute requested Jaipuria to assign buddy students to enhance cultural and academic integration. Both institutions expressed a strong commitment to collaborating closely to finalize the itinerary and ensure a meaningful experience for the participants.

The Office of International Relations under the leadership of Dr. Pallavi Srivastava, Dean (International Relations) organized its first ever Pan-campus International Relations Meet on March 18 & 19, 2025 at the Lucknow campus. The two-day event was attended by the IRC teams of all four campuses where they brainstormed on action plan for the next academic year. It included a session on “Best Practices in Managing International Relations: Insights from IIM Trichy” by Dr. Anirban Som, Chairperson (International Relations) at IIM Trichy who spoke on student mobility and international teaching week. Thereafter, Ms. Sultana Khan, Founder UnTeched and a foreign collaborations specialist in her session on “Developing strategies for global partnerships” spoke on designing strategies for different geographical regions. It was followed by a presentation by Dr. Pallavi on “Erasmus+ in a nutshell”. The Meet culminated with each participant recapitulating the actionable points derived from the learnings from the two days. Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Kajal, (Chair IRC, Lucknow campus).

The International Relations Committee (IRC) Noida campus successfully organized its first-ever Online International Chess Challenge on 27th February 2025. This event marked a significant step in strengthening collaborations with our MOU partners while fostering global participation.
A total of 27 students competed in the challenge, including 8 international participants from Malaysia, Nepal, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam. The matches were played on Lichess.org using the Blitz format, with a point-based scoring system. To ensure fair play, all contestants were monitored live via Zoom by the IRC team.
The competition consisted of seven intense rounds, culminating in a thrilling final match between India and Malaysia. Mr.Akshit Aggarwal from Jaipuria Noida emerged as the winner, while Mr. Loogentraa from Malaysia secured the runner-up position. The prize money for the winner was set at 100 USD.
The overwhelming response and seamless execution have set the stage for future global engagements by IRC.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur campus, hosted 26 students from Keyce Academy, France, for a 03-day long Learning Expedition Program from January 27-29, 2025. The program was thoughtfully designed to offer two comprehensive courses: Management and Leadership and Diversity Management to them. The program featured academic sessions on themes such as Diversity Practices in the Workplace, The Art of Feedback, Strategic Principles of Diversity, and Self-Knowledge. The initiative strengthened international academic collaborations and provided students with valuable global exposure. This immersive experience reinforced the significance of intercultural learning in shaping future leaders.

The Office of International Relations at Jaipuria Institute of Management facilitated the visit of Dr. Steven Carnovale, Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University, and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management wherein he visited its Lucknow and Noida campuses.
On January 8, 2025, IRC Noida campus organized a Faculty Development Program wherein Dr. Carnovale spoke on the “Best Practices for Publication in Top International Journals,” with a special focus on the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management. The session equipped researchers with tools to contribute high-quality work to leading academic journals.
On January 10, 2025, IRC Lucknow campus arranged his session for faculty members in the area of decision sciences wherein Dr. Carnovale addressed the faculty on “Pedagogical Innovations and Emerging Areas of Research in Operations Management” and the aims and scope of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management. He also delivered sessions for students on “Overview of Sustainable Operations Management, Digital Transformation and its Impact on Operations, Industry 4.0.”
All the sessions were insightful and had many takeaways for the faculty and students.

Three students from Jaipur campus completed the 6 days Short Immersion Program with Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia spanning from January 7 – 12, 2025. The program included academic and cultural immersion wherein the students attended sessions on ‘Diversity Management’ and visited Beryl’s Chocolate Factory. Students also witnessed the Malaysian culture by attending Gamelan musical instrument sessions and local visits. The highlight of the program was visiting Ipoh City and Twin Towers and also understanding the high-end brands by visiting the Trx Exchange. The program also had a Faculty Exchange in which Dr. Aparna Mendiratta accompanied the students and conducted a session on ‘Sustainability in HR’ for UTP, Management students. This successful program reinforced Jaipuria’s commitment to nurturing globally competent leaders through international collaborations.

On behalf of Jaipuria, the MOU was signed by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Director Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. He also delivered a few sessions for UTP students.

Founded in 1948, AIESEC is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization entirely run by youth for youth. The objective of this MoU is to provide leadership opportunities and global exposure through AIESEC’s programs. It also aims to provide experience and learning along with cross-cultural experience to the students of Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow through activities conducted by AIESEC.

International Relations Committee at Jaipur campus organized an outbound visit to Sri Lanka in collaboration with NSBM Green University from September 5- September 15, 2024. Five students along with Dr. Oum Kumari, IRC Co-chair, Jaipur campus visited the NSBM Green University, Sri lanka. The program offered deep insights into Sri Lanka’s culture, history, and business environment. A visit to a local NGO, highlighted the impactful work being done in the community. Additionally, industrial visits to Modern Pack Lanka Pvt. Ltd and the CBL company gave students a glimpse of the business operations in Sri Lanka. Dr. Oum Kumari also delivered a session on Case-writing to the faculty of NSBM Green University.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, was hosted students 11 undergraduate students from NSBM Green University, Sri Lanka, from September 5 to September 15, 2024 for the Incredible India Immersion Program. This program offered our Sri Lankan guests a unique blend of cultural exposure, academic insights, industry and community engagements, creating an enriching and transformative experience. As part of their academic journey, the students had the opportunity to attend the renowned HR Conclave, participate in a book review session on The Leap Frog and attended a thought-provoking session on happiness and mental well-being led by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Director of Jaipuria Institute. An especially memorable experience was their time spent with the NGO- DISHA Foundation, where the students connected with children through various creative activities, spreading joy and building bonds of compassion and empathy. The program also featured opportunities for cultural exploration, including visits to the majestic Taj Mahal in Agra and traditional sites in Jaipur, where they experienced India’s architectural grandeur and historical significance. Additionally, the students explored their creative side through a Mandala art session, which allowed them to immerse themselves in a traditional Indian art form and appreciate the artistry and mindfulness involved. The students also engaged in entrepreneurial learning by participating in Entrepreneurship Week (E-Week) at Jaipuria, where they attended lectures, workshops, and discussions designed to foster innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset. These experiences encouraged them to explore new perspectives and approach challenges with creativity. The Incredible India Immersion Program was truly a blend of learning, culture, and heartfelt interactions. As the students departed, they left with not only academic insights and professional growth but also cherished memories and a deep connection with Indian culture and hospitality.

On 21 September 2024, The International Relations Committee at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, organized “Inter-Continental Conclave – Changing Contours of Geopolitics: Challenges and Opportunities for India”. The Chief Guest of the event was Madam Sibongiseni Dlamini (High Commissioner, City of Johannesburg, South Africa) with Dr. Arpita Mukherjee (Professor, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations – ICRIER), Dr. Anshu Joshi (Professor, School of International Studies, JNU) as eminent speakers who addressed the students. The Conclave also had several competitions conducted earlier that day, aimed at enhancing the global understanding and knowledge of the students. It included the “Worldly Wisdom Challenge” quiz testing participants’ knowledge of global cultures, sparking curiosity and learning, and the “Express It Digitally: International Affairs Poster Challenge” encouraging students to design digital posters on global issues, blending creativity with international engagement. Further, “Cultural Runway” showcased traditional attire from various nations, with participants explaining the cultural significance of their outfits. Lastly, “Slogan Shenanigans” tested teams’ non-verbal communication skills, as they raced to guess global brand slogans and music lines, combining fun with quick thinking. Together, these events enriched participants with knowledge, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for global cultures.

Organized by the Noida campus in collaboration with Hult Business School in Dubai, this immersive experience was designed to foster professional growth and provide exposure to international business practices. The program offered a balanced blend of academic sessions and local explorations. At Hult Business School, a globally renowned institution, students engaged in dynamic sessions that expanded their understanding of contemporary business practices and strategies. The academic component of the program also included a visit to Ajman University, allowing students to experience different academic environments and learn from faculty who are leaders in their fields. Beyond academics, the program incorporated a series of enriching local visits, enabling participants to immerse themselves in Dubai’s vibrant culture and rapidly evolving business landscape. From touring iconic landmarks to exploring the nuances of the city’s economic diversity, students gained valuable insights into the workings of an international business hub. Dr. Esther Sleilati, a distinguished professor from Notre Dame University, D.C.E, Lebanon, and an affiliate professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, visited the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida campus from July 15th, 2024, to August 3rd, 2024. Dr. Sleilati delivered ten sessions as part of the Service Management elective, successfully completing the half-credit course. Her sessions were highly valued by the students and faculty alike. Dr. Sleilati presented her research paper during a Knowledge Sharing session with the faculty at the Noida campus. The topic of her presentation, “TQM, Value Co-Creation, and Its Impact on Consumer Behavior” was well received, sparking insightful discussions among the faculty members. An interactive "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) session was organized by the IRC student members on July 24th. The session was met with an overwhelming response from the students, who showcased Indian culture through dance and music performances, adding a vibrant cultural exchange element to the event. On July 31, the Marketing Area at the Noida campus arranged an interaction between Dr. Sleilati and the marketing faculty, along with the Dean of Academics. The discussions explored various topics, including differences in pedagogical and evaluation systems between Europe, the Middle East, and Indian B-schools.
