Dr. Pooja S. Kushwaha is a distinguished academician and an esteemed IBM Certified Analytics Trainer with over 20 years of extensive experience in Business Analytics. She holds certifications in Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, and Digital Marketing. Dr. Kushwaha specializes in training and mentoring professionals, leveraging her expertise to enhance their analytics and digital marketing skills.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Business Analytics at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, Dr. Kushwaha's academic role underscores her profound understanding and commitment to the field. She has conducted numerous Management Development Program (MDP) sessions for mid and executive-level corporate professionals, including middle-level managers of the Clinton Foundation, women empowerment programs for ONGC women employees, Excel decision-making skills for HD Wires, and digital marketing training for women entrepreneurs of Indore.

Her versatility is evident in her work with a diverse range of organizations, from corporate giants to grassroots initiatives. Additionally, she has provided Google Workspace training for Mysore Deep Perfumery House (MDPH) and Candor Textiles, advanced Excel training for employees of Athena Tradewinds Pvt. Ltd., Deccan Diesels, and Mehta Tea Company, and decision-making training using Power BI for corporates in collaboration with the Indore Management Association and senior employees of Deccan Diesels.

Dr. Kushwaha has published and presented several articles and research papers in national and international journals and conferences. She is an expert in advanced Excel, Digital Marketing, Social Media Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau. Her comprehensive training programs are designed to empower professionals with practical skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle real-world challenges.
