Prof. Kacker is a freelance management consultant for the last 20 years with different organizations of repute. Engaged in conducting management and employee development programmes with reputed organizations.

She has been imparting corporate training in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, team building, soft skills, stress management, problem-solving, and change management in organizations such as NABARD, Bankers Institute of Rural Development (Bird), Power Grid, Airport Authority of India, Rural Electrification Corporation, NTPC, SIDBI, PNBIIT, etc. in the area of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Organizational Change and Development, Communications, Ethics in management and Workforce diversity.

She has also been conducting awareness and sensitization programmes on sexual harassment of women in the workplace and has been associated with various organizations as an external member of the internal complaint committee constituted under The sexual harassment of women at workplace Act. She has also been doing psychological counseling for students for dealing with various problems and issues.

A Gold Medalist in Business Administration from the Jaipuria Institute of Management, and a doctoral degree in Organizational Behaviour, she has been associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, as a visiting faculty, since 1997. She has been taking courses in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Organizational Change & Development, training and development, and performance assessment and management.
