Arpan Anand is a young and energetic academician who believes in creating and disseminating knowledge through innovative and experiential ways. He is an impressive blend of talent which has facilitated him to add several feathers on his cap evenly. He holds a double Master's in Management and Commerce along with NET in Management. Also, he is among the distinguished alumni of NIT Kurukshetra and UBS Chandigarh, Panjab University.
After spending his initial career years with one of the leading banks in India, he moved to academics and has in-depth management know-how, which is imperative for mentoring and teaching excellence. He was conferred with Best Faculty for the year 2019-2020 for his significant contributions in Academics, Research, Administration, and Institution Building.
Since the beginning of his academic career, Professor Arpan started adding zest to his research profile by publishing it into ABDC listed journals. His areas of research interests include Family Business and Marketing. Prof. Arpan has also contributed articles to reputed national and international journals such as the International Journal of Emerging Markets, International Journal of Business and Globalization, Journal of Service Research, and many other.
He also plays roles in various capacities like guest faculty, scholar, guest editor, guest speaker, session chair, and many more across different platforms in India and abroad. He is on the reviewer board of many renowned journals. He is a vivid researcher with a demonstrated history of working in higher education and the corporate industry complemented with various publications. He has constantly been delivering Faculty Development Programs on IQAC, Case Teaching, AACSB/NBA accreditations, and Academic Research workshops.
With expertise in sales techniques, Mr. Anand understands the ‘sales game’ inside out. He has personally coached business owners, big sales teams, mid-level executives, and also individual sales rookies. His expertise and first-hand sales working experience allow him to help improve the sale's closing rate, reduce the sales cycle time, and set up the overall sales process. Besides taking Open to all-Sales webinars, he has also imparted sales training to various corporates like BHEL, Axis Bank Ltd., Airtel, Ujjivan small finance bank, and many more.
Presently, He is working with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is India's amongst best colleges for PGDM/MBA in Noida, as an Assistant Professor.
