The Web 2.0–based tool enhances traditional writing skills and unexpectedly enables students to build relationships within the professional community actively. This challenges the conventional perception of writing assignments as mere academic exercises and underscores the broader social and networking dimensions of business writing.

The study suggests that integrating modern communication tools into business education 07 not only prepares students for the workplace but also cultivates the ability to engage with a wider audience and establish meaningful connections, crucial elements in today’s corporate landscape.
